Was wondering if they would do the Wintersday in Summer thing again or atleast get the hat npc back cause I missed the whole event.

They always do Wintersday in July, but there are no hats associated with it. Just drops and Snowball Fights.

and the Hat NPC only stays for a week after the end of the event. Sorry your out of luck for this years hats!

Aww thanks for the update anyways been away from the game for like a year. lol but I'm starting to like it again =D

Hat NPC usually stays a few days after the event (I got my hat on the 7th). There's also Wintersday in July but none of us know exactly when it will be.
